Basic Policy on Anti-social Forces
Japan Remit Finance Co., Ltd. ("JRF") herewith declares the following basic policy in order to prevent any damage caused by anti-social forces, who are some individuals or groups pursuing economic interests by full use of violence, influential power, and fraudulent methods.
1. Response as an Organization
JRF responds against the anti-social forces as the organization as a whole and ensures the safety of employees corresponding to the anti-social force.
2. Coordination with External Specialized Agencies
JRF builds constant relationships with such external specialized agencies as the police, the Violent Expulsion Movement Promotion Centre, lawyers, and others.
3. Cutting-off all Relationships
JRF cuts off all relationships, including any trade, with the anti-social forces, and rejects any undue demand from them.
4. Civil and Criminal Legal Methods in Emergencies
JRF relies upon civil and criminal legal methods against any undue demand from the anti-social forces.
5. Prevention of Back-door Trade and Funding Supports
We never surrender to any back-door trades and any funding supports to the anti-social forces.
