1. Fulfillment of Social Responsibility
As a member engaged in a payment service business, we strive to establish a solid trust through our sound business implementation, always recognizing communality and social responsibility.
We clarify the whereabouts of the responsibility, ensuring the steps of our internal decision-making.
We strictly observe the confidentiality of such information and knowledge on what we know through our business with the customers.
We do not miss a violation. In addition, we build out a system to report such a violation.
We strictly refrain from acting contrary to social norms with a high morale.
2. Execution of Business Activities with Honesty and Fairness
We strictly comply with laws and internal rules, and perform honest and fair corporate activities, which abide by social norms.
We put a first priority to establish an internal compliance system including an internal management system to comply with laws and regulations.
We make trade fair and transparent.
We do not participate in bribery.
3. Active Information Disclosure
We aim to become a socially transparent company with a proactive disclosure of our corporate information.
We do neither hide disadvantageous information, nor cover it up.
4. Providing High-quality Service
We give due consideration to the protection of personal and customer information, and implement a put-a-customer-first policy.
We promptly and adequately respond to complaints and handle them.
We correspond broadly to our customers with easy-to-understand language, not with a technical jargon.
We make an adequate explanation to our customers about our service and products.
5. Promotion of Social Contribution Activities
We do actively contribute to our society as a "good citizen".
We encourage our employees to spontaneously contribute to our society and back it up proactively.
6. Cutting Off Anti-social Forces
We do not relate ourselves to any anti-social forces with our basic rules as outlined below to prevent us from being damaged.
- Response as an organization
- Coordination with external specialized agencies
- Cutting off any trade with any anti-social activities
- Resort to civil and criminal legal methods in emergencies
- Prohibition of backdoor trade and rebate acceptance
Hossain Sarwar recognizes that the realization of the spirit of this Code is his or her role, setting an example for the initiative he makes the code known internally as well as externally. When anything contrary to this Code occurs, Hossain Sarwar is committed as a top management to solve the problems and to prevent their relapse. He also clarifies a relevant authority and responsibility and performs a rigorous disposal.
All the management and employees sign on the pledge to comply with all the internal rules as well as this Internal Code. Also, when new employees are hired, they are also requested to sign on the pledge.
